We carry out the full range of domestic electrical installation work, from a single additional socket to a complete rewire. Each service below is quoted in writing, and all work is inspected, tested and certified on completion.

Additions and alterations to existing installations, and new wiring for extensions, loft conversions, garages and outbuildings.
Older properties often have wiring and protective devices that no longer meet current standards. We carry out full and partial rewires and replace older fuse boards with modern consumer units.
A consumer unit replacement is notifiable work under Part P in England. We notify building control on your behalf so that you receive the compliance certificate for your records and any future sale of the property.

Interior and exterior lighting design and installation, from replacing a single fitting to lighting schemes for kitchens, living areas and gardens.
Periodic inspection tells you whether an installation remains safe to use. We carry out inspections and provide the resulting reports and certificates.
Landlords in England are required to have the electrical installation in rented property inspected and tested at least every five years and to provide the report to tenants and, on request, the local authority.

A home charge point needs a dedicated circuit with the correct protection, earthing arrangement and load assessment. We install charge points and the supply they need.
For shops, offices, salons, small workshops and similar premises we provide installation, maintenance and testing on the same basis as our domestic work.

Every piece of electrical installation work we complete is inspected and tested, and you receive the relevant certificate: an Electrical Installation Certificate for new circuits and significant alterations, or a Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate for smaller additions. Inspections of existing installations are reported on an Electrical Installation Condition Report. Where work is notifiable under Part P of the Building Regulations in England, we arrange notification to the relevant building control body so that the compliance certificate is issued to you.
Keep these documents safe. They are evidence that the work was carried out to the required standard and are commonly requested by solicitors, insurers, letting agents and prospective buyers.
Tell us what you need and we will come back to you with a clear, written quotation.
